Kaelyn is a 20+ year industry veteran with a passion for creating experiences. When not working, she enjoys traveling with friends and family, watching her kids' sports activities and spending time with her husband and two dogs.

With over 18 years Culinary Experience, Chef Adam Miller honed his skills at The Culinary Institute Of America. He continues to have a passion for colorful, bright food that is ingredient focused and emphasize on sourcing locally.

Director of People Operations
A proud Menominee Nation member, Dell has been in the industry for 20 years, and is CPCE-certified. Dell enjoys working with young managers and employees, and being a mentor and a resource. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family and their many camping adventures in their RV.

Executive Chef of Noble Catering
Chris is a chef in and out of the kitchen, he loves to smoke meat in particular and cook over open flame. When he’s not cooking outdoors he also enjoys fishing, spending time with his two pups, Zeus & Alfredo, and cheering on our Green Bay Packers.

Executive Sous Chef
Jamie has been in the food and beverage industry for 20 years, and yes, still loves to cook at home! Jamie and her family like to make a day of it - planning the meal, shopping around for ingredients, and preparing and enjoying the meal together. Aside from cooking, she loves birdwatching, gardening, and making cosplay props/armor with her family.

Sous Chef
Duncan brings over four years of experience with the Noble team, where he has honed his skills as a prep cook and now sous chef. His passion for cooking was sparked during his travels around the globe. Beyond work, Duncan enjoys preparing meals at home, watching sports, taking walks with his dog Freya, and watching a good movie.

Senior Operations Manager
Stephanie has spent nine years in the industry making events come to life in venues like the Harley Davidson Museum and American Family Field. Now, she and her two dogs Emmett and Sullivan are continuing her passion for food and events with Noble, while enjoying the outdoors, sports, or a cookout.

Cafe Operations Manager
A veteran of the service & hospitality industry, Jack has his bachelor’s in Psychology from UW - Milwaukee and has a passion for the culinary, particularly Chinese cuisine. Jack also enjoys traveling when not practicing his culinary skills.

Marissa is one with the Earth, growing a lot of the food in her home, right alongside her many houseplants. She also is one for a horror movie night.

Trista is our design extraordinaire. Impassioned with making things beautiful, when she is not making your vision come to life for your event, she is working on a project at home with her husband, two children and adorable french bulldog. She also enjoys camping and traveling with her family.

A Wisconsin native, Gwen has spent over a decade working with people and is excited to join the world of catering and events. A certified sports fanatic, she also enjoys riding her motorcycle, exercising, or baking something delicious.
